Uniroyal Fun Cup Story 2006

Although it's called funcup, not everything is fun in this fast, spectacular and above all challenging series. First held in Belgium in 1997, the funcup debuted in Germany in 2005 and now in 2006 offered a whole season consisting of seven long-distance-races and some special events, amongst others on the Nurburgring and Brands Hatch. The only type of car used in this cup is a VW Golf-engined racing machine with 130 bhp at a weight of 730 kg, a centered driver seat and the looks of the old VW Beetle.
