The most exciting decade in the history of Formula 1. Beautiful archive images, in colour and black and white, most of them previously unpublished. After the Portraits dedicated to the Sixties, here is the one "consecrated" to the Seventies, a decade of fundamental importance in the history of Formula 1 both for the profound changes that - precisely in that decade - gave a new face to the Circus, and for the champions and cars that appeared on the scene, protagonists of epic battles, some of which have become legendary in Motorsport. The names of the protagonists this time around are Jochen Rindt, Jackie Stewart, Emerson Fittipaldi, Niki Lauda, James Hunt, Mario Andretti and Jody Scheckter - just to name a few of the drivers who won the title - plus François Cevert, Clay Regazzoni, Carlos Reutemann, Ronnie Peterson and Gilles Villeneuve, other great champions of the decade. Luca Dal Monte has retraced and recounted their exploits in his first large-format book with spectacular images, most of them previously unpublished.
